No longer lost :)

Im finally on my way home, I am once again at another Hamptons Inn, this time in Newyork(not nyc,just new york itself) Im about 5 hours from home, and should be back tomorrow! If im back early enough,like at about..12 or something, i am SO going to school, because i've missed waay too much. Anyways, this computer is only for checking your emails, and your only allowed on it for 15 minutes so i have to go. I am planning to go swimming in the early morning :) hehe, theres a pool here, but it doesnt open till 9; check out is at 11 so i think i should have time.. Anyways, I never mentioned this in last nights blog, but when we stayed at the great escape lodge hotel the first night, there was a fire alarm.. I was the only one to wake up to it!! If i hadnt been there my family could have burned :( But yeah, luckily it was not an actual fire, just alot of smoke from a busted pipe.. That is the second time i ever go to a hotel that there is a fire alram in the middle of the night, how crazy is that? I think someone in my family, or me, is cursed .. possibly.. lol, anyways, so i better go now, as much as i love this key board, it is 11:37 and i have 11 hours and 23 minutes left to watch some tv and sleep, annd i think i might have passed the limit of 15 minutes, hehe :P SO yesssss, goodnight !!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox (yes i am using random sentences as a reason to keep writing on this keyboard, for some reason i love the sound it makes when you type!! and i keep making mistakes on purpose so i can back space! :) yeah, i should really go before i get kicked off, lol byeeeeeee (couple of e's) :) :) :) :)

Lost

So my family and I, are lost in conneticut somewhere... we had started off in lake george in the great escape lodge hotel, that place is awesome, as soon as i can i will have to upload pictures of it, there is an indoor waterpark and stuff, its really cool! But then we left there, and we went to new york city, not the greatest experiance of my life; TRAFFIC JAMS! CRAZY PEOPLE!! ahhh, i could have went nuts, with cameron beside me screaming like a maniac, and the people behind us beeping like a maniac, and the guy pulled into the ambulance waving his arms around like a maniac, i could have fainted.. its sooo overwhelming to come from this tiny city with one car at the most passing at a time, to drive into this HUGE city, with over a million cars trying to do the same thing at once. I could have went insane. So after literally driving around nyc for 2 hours, we left that big city(or,well tried to) and drove and drove, without anyone in the car knowing where we're going, until we reached a toll booth and asked where we were, and he said the BRONX!! we were in the bronx of New York, and when we asked where the nearest hotel was, he said, in the bronx, but then he said, well, maybe you should keep driving, to conneticut, its only 20 minutes.. so we did. Now were here, and i know where we are, but who knows where we'll end up tomorrow! lol :P iom offfff

Im watching..

I am watching a new episode of hannah montanna, so far its pretty awesome, i just wanted to blog today, so this will not be a long one. lol, gonna continue watching the show now, byeeeee

Jackson Pollock-- Beautiful work!

These are all pictures of drip painting. The first one is of Jackson Pollock himself. It is amazing what someone could do, especially him, for he had a problem with drinking, Which had caused alot of problems for him, but at one point in his life, Peggy guggenheim(she was the richest lady in new york) She saw his painting, and liked it, so she bought it, and put it on display at her museum. Eventually he had an interview with life magazine, which was the most famous magazine at the time. He was tradjectly killed in a car accident at the age of 60 something(sorry, i dont remember) From drinking an driving, he killed himself and the girl he was with at the time. Dont you just love his work? Its beautiful, and he created it! :)

Pablo Piasso--Georges Braque: The art of painting

Both of these paintings are cubism art. Both done by cubism artists. Most have heard of picasso, and how he created cubism art. But did you know he was not the first? He wasnt the second either though, he and Georges Braque had developped it at the same time, the reason that piasso was mroe famous for it, was because not only had he 'created' cubism art, but he had also been a cubist writer, which only enhanced the fact to become more famous. Both of these paintings are very beautiful, but i find, that, Picassoès paitings tell a more confusing story, which makes it more exiting to try and read :) So thats all, I just thought that would be a fun fact xD

Back from toronto :(

I am back from toronto, I still feel pretty sick, but oh well, I have to make this a quick blog beause i have school in the morning, and i Promised Miranda and Francis that i would try my best for school so i could go and live with them next year, I am soio happy that i am able to, It will be best for me, i know it will because I wont have to watch my little brother like i usually do, and i know that they will be able to help me with my schooling and stuff. :) Anyways, im gonna take a shower now, lol, really tired so i should get one now, byeee

We've got a new president!!!

I am soo happy! We finally have a good president.. well i wont speak too soon, but im hopeful! Barack Obama is also our first black president, which is really cool! Miranda was showing us the speech that John mcain gave after he lost, congratulating Obama on winning, but as soon as he mentioned obama's name, everyone started booing, it was so mean. Im just happy that Obama won because i have a feeling that he will be a good president. I hope that he does what he said he would do, unlike most political winners do not. Obama winning was a really big thing, he won by alot to mcain. I cant exactly write too much about this, because im not exactly sure how much he won by, or how many people voted for him :S But oh well, i still have a good feeling about him!!!!  So yesterday, Francis gave me a cross with jeesus on it, I love it!! because im very religious and crosses are my favourite thing to represent god and jeesus ect. I hooked it on to the bracelet that Miranda's aunt gave me and then i hooked it on to the hoo of my pants.. like the place where you put your belt through, it looks pretty cool. because on the bracelet is a sparkley heart, and so it looks really pretty!!! Anyways, we're getting ready to leave for york now, so im going to get ready. Byeee

Sick

Im still in toronto, This cold SUCKS!!!! I just want it to go away, but its taking forever. I swear, i havent taken so much of any kind of medication.. well not medication but naturals and vitamin c and stuff like that, i have never taken so much of it in my life! But its so far not working, the only thing so far tha went away i the sore throat, thank god.. But my nose is running aand i HATE it!!!!! I wanted to come to toronto to spend time with Francis and Miranda, but its so hard to do that when i'm constantly coughing and/or sneezing. Last night, i wasnt tired, so i was wide awake, and so Miranda and i went into the living room, she was on her computer, and i was reading,but i couldnt read anymore because my hand was getting tired of holding up the book.. i was holding up the book because i couldnt lie on my stomache, for if i did, My nose would be super runny and gross. Sorry if this is too much information.. but it just really sucks!! Anyways, so im getting the plane home tomorrow at 7:30.. got to go now, because i cant stop coughing :(

Day 3 in Toronto

I have been in toronto for 3 days now :P Yesterday we moved stuff all day, hehe, it was.. fun ! lol. Anyways, I drank a full cup of coffee for the first time yesterday.. well actually 2... and i was SO hyper. I was literally boucing off the walls talking a mile a minute! So anyways, after a long day, we went for a drive through york university, the big campus and we drove around there fo a while, then on the way back, we pulled into a parking lot and Miranda and francis taught me how to drive standard!!!! I sat in the drivers seat and i steered and usedthe pedals.. well not the gas pedal.. we just let the car roll in first gear and i steered and used the breaks, but still... it was fun! Again today will not be a long blog.. I have a sore throat.. I tried everything to make it go away, i had honey,, then i had tylenol. then today i tried honey in milk,didnt work, well it did for a while.. but then miranda gave me alimax, its a pill with garlic inside, and it tasted disgusting, lol. But if my throat does not cure before sunday,i cannot go home! because i wont be allowed on the plane with an infection.. but hay... thats not such a bad idea.. maybe i can go sit in the rain and get a little sicker :P lol.. juust kidding!!!!!

In Toronto

Today I left for toronto by plane at 1:30. The plane ride was very short and relaxing. When i ot here, Francis and Miranda were at the gate waiting for me :) I was so happy to have gotten here. This will be a short blog today because i am not really in the mood to write, but i will try. Life can be complicated, and sometimes it seems there is no way out. Most of the time, there is a way out, but alot of people cant find the right path in order to get out. I think alot of people resort to drugs and/or alchohal. This is not a wise choice, for it is nothing but a short-term answer to a long-term problem. You have your fun for the one night/day and then the next morning you wake up and have the same problem. Nothing solved. So once again you bounce right back to the drugs and/or alchohal. I know quite a few people who have resorted to this 'answer'. For instance, my mom's ex. my mom had been dating him on and off since before i was born, there for, i have known him my whole life. I go with my mom to visit him and i could cry over how terrible his life style is. He lost his car for guess, drinking and driving. He lost more than enough houses due to not paying his rent, and when i walk into his apartment now, it is totally dark, and sad, and there is just this huge... sadness in the air, I feel bad for him but i also know it is kinda his fault. I would never trade my life for his. Anyways, i dont know exactly what my point is suppose to be.. but i was just thinking about it. Im off, byeee
